Privacy notice
This page explains what data we collect when you write to us through the site, why we use it and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It translates the Italian notice, which prevails in case of doubt.
Data controller
HIDEOUT STUDIO MILANO, Via Plinio, 20129 Milano, Italy. Email raffa.umbriano@gmail.com, phone +39 348 263 4754.
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: full name, email address, phone number if you choose to leave it, the service you are interested in and the text of your message. The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics, and loads nothing from other sites: fonts and images are hosted together with the pages.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you wish, arrange a visit or prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters or advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle the request and any working relationship that follows from it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Who processes the data on our behalf
The site and the form are run by Netlify, Inc., which hosts the pages and receives the messages sent through the form as a data processor. Netlify is based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR. The messages then reach our email inbox.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.
